Southern Stl'atl'imx Health Society services First Nations communities (outside of Mount Currie) providing many programs and community health services including Mental Wellness.

SSHS serves N’Quatqua, Samahquam, Skatin, and Xax’sta Douglas First Nation communities.

The Southern Stl’atl’imx communities will honour the health of the people by working together to deliver holistic community health services. Programs include Early Childhood Development, Mental Wellness, Positive Action and Nursing (Community Health, Home and Community Support and Men’s Health).

Doctors and Nurses from Pemberton provide Outreach services to remote communities frequently.
