Lower Stl'atl'imx Tribal Council serves five of the eleven Stl'atl'imx Nation communities including Samahquam, Skatin, Lil'wat, Xa'xtsa and N'Quatqua.

Our goal is to provide advisory services and/or provide programs to members that promotes the socio-economic welfare of the communities. We focus on the cultural development, economic development and the general objective of each of our member bands. This can include the assistance with community planning, band governance, technical services and financial management.
