The Homeless Outreach Program is a free service that connects individuals to housing and income assistance where appropriate, as well as making links to emergency supports and assistance such as food, shelter, medical and legal services.

Our goal is to provide assistance and support to break the cycle of homelessness and reduce the time that individuals who are absolutely homeless remain on the street.

Contact us at Sea to Sky Community Services, to make an appointment with the Homeless Outreach Worker.   This program is a free service funded by BC Housing.
