The VCH Sea to Sky Mental Health & Substance Use Services team are here to help and support adults (19+) with mental health and/or substance use concerns, and youth (12+) with substance use concerns.

Self referrals accepted. Call intake at 604-698-5861 or speak to your doctor or school counsellor to make a referral.

Our services are free and confidential, and include:

Assessment and treatment planning
Counselling
Employment and education support
Referrals to other supports and resources
Wellness groups
Consultation and education to community groups and events
Needle exchange/harm reduction
Take home Naloxone

Best First Steps

If you are experiencing a mental health or addictions emergency, call 911 or go directly to emergency. For youth concerned about/experiencing an addictions issue such as substance misuse or eating disorder - please get a referral from your school. Ask a trusted teacher, counsellor or clinician at the school.
