The Supported Child Development Program (SCDP) promotes inclusive family-centred child care practices. We are available to families with children from birth to 12 years requiring extra support in child care settings.

Services may include:

Consultation, training and support to parents and child care providers
Facilitates optimum participation of children requiring extra support in community-based child care settings
Assist child care centres to provide inclusive care and work towards goals as established by families and care providers
Lending library of books, videos and other resources

Referral is required from: parent/guardian, social worker, physician, physical therapist, occupational therapist, child care provider, public health nurse, infant development consultant.
