Support for families & close friends of those with serious mental illnesses, and monthly Family Support Groups in West Vancouver, Sea to Sky, and Tri-Cities. Programs are open to anyone in the Lower Mainland and the Sea to Sky, with help over the phone to others who call regardless of where they live.

You are not alone! The Centre provides personal support and information on major mental illnesses – schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety disorders.

They also provide a wide range of programs including Monthly Family Support Groups in West Vancouver, Sea to Sky, and Tri-Cities, as well as Peer to Peer support, Family Navigator, education and information for schools and the general public.
